Change is on the Horizon | New Adventures Await

Seasons Change

Easter and spring are known as times of hope, new life, and new beginnings. Seasons change. Days get brighter and longer, storms pass, and new growth begins. We plant seeds, flowers bloom, and warmer times are on the horizon.

Seeds growing into something new. embodying change.

Over the past year, the world has changed, forcing us all to reflect and alter our daily routines. Through challenges and hardships, we learn and adapt. Moreover, these challenges give us the foundation and courage to persist through dark and harrowing times, providing us the opportunity to grow.

Our Journey

For APT, these trying times have tested our resolve, forcing us to reexamine our business practices and overall values. We realize more than ever that what is essential are people. We value the well-being of our customers, employees, and the general public.

Change and the New Journey ahead. Off the beaten path.

This last year forced us to move to a more remote operation due to safety concerns. In doing so, we’ve learned how genuinely hardworking and resilient our employees are. When met with the challenge to work remotely, they not only adapted, they thrived. Moreover, being in the energy business, we understand the pressure to reduce our carbon footprint and strive to become part of the solution.

APT wants to follow California’s lead, moving to reduce energy consumption with our work and our actions. As a result, in June of this year, APT is moving to a fully remote operation. We want to do our part to keep people safe. The global situation offered us room to grow while providing an opportunity to build a better and brighter future.

New Growth Brings New Possibilities

2020 was a year of transitions and adaptation. We welcomed a new business partner Scott McGaugh, whose drive and perspective pushed us into new ventures. For instance, our move into tenant billing offers people the opportunity to take charge of their energy use, increase awareness, and become a part of the solution. Additionally, we decided to expand operations to Washington, realizing we are no longer restricted by physical location.

These are only a few parts of our journey. We want to ensure we continue to learn and grow. We are passionate about our work and are determined to help people see the impact of their actions and practices. APT wants to share our wealth of knowledge to help others reach their energy goals. We want to make electricity visible and change the way people view energy.

Society is transforming around us. What are you doing to be a part of the change? Are there minor adjustments you can make that not only reduce your impact but can save you money? These are questions we want to pose to others while reminding them that they don’t have to do it alone. Let us help you become a part of the solution. Let us learn from each other and work together to build a new future.
