Cost Allocation -
Two commercial high rise
buildings were built with a single utility service and chiller
plant. The problem
here was to allocate accurately the energy cost for each building
occupied by
different tenants. BTU meter was linked to the electrical metering
which
measured common area loads and total loads. Differential metering
is
performed in real time and a break out of the actual energy cost for
each tenant
is included in an automatically generated report. APT provides
the
hardware, software, system integration and ongoing support to the
