Preferred customers have face to face access to our knowledgeable technical experts with a dedicated application engineer resource from APT so that issues with the energy management information system are resolved quickly. From state-of-the-art remote diagnosis tools, through software upgrades and training, Preferred Customer Support offers organizations of all sizes and types the single-source support they need to achieve their energy management goals

APT will proactively update the appropriate TOU rates for our Preferred Customer Support (PCS) customers using the Energy & Demand, utility cost and forecast reports. After this update is complete, the automatic utility shadow bill report should match your monthly utility bills within the accuracy range of your instruments (plus or minus a few %).
